What is this Site?
DreamBridge is a student-built hub that brings college, career, academic, and wellness support together in one place for CNUSD students. Our goal is to make resources easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to use, so every student has a fair chance to grow, plan ahead, and pursue their goals with confidence!
Mission & Why This Matters
Our mission is to expand access to opportunity by removing barriers, organizing essential resources, and empowering every student to plan, grow, and pursue their goals with confidence. Too many students miss out on opportunities because information is scattered or hard to find. By centralizing support, DreamBridge ensures that every student—regardless of background or circumstance—can explore resources, get help, and take their next step forward.
